Virginia Tech alumni and friends are invited to a special weeklong cruise aboard the steamboat "Delta Queen"--a registered National Historic Landmark--featuring lectures by James I. "Bud" Robertson, Alumni Distinguished Professor of History and executive director of the VCCWS, and William C. "Jack" Davis, professor of history and the VCCWS's director of programs. The steamboat will travel from Nashville to Chattanooga, Tenn., with stops in Paducah, Ky.; Savannah, Tenn.; and Florence and Decatur, Ala., including tours of three Civil War battlefields.

Because space is limited, reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
